This high quality acrylic thief allows a hydrometer to be inserted to take gravity readings without removing any product from fermenter. The thief acts as its own sample jar. Dip into fermenter to take a sample, then touch tip to the rim of fermenter to empty thief back into fermenter. Take readings with virtually no product loss.
